Cancellation Policy

1Mission Outdoors LLC and 1MO Archery Range Outdoor Archery Range Waiver I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in archery activities at the 1Mission Outdoors 3D Archery Range. I understand that archery is a potentially hazardous activity and involves risks, including but not limited to: - Injury from arrows, bows, or other equipment. - Climbing obstacles. - Tripping or falling on uneven terrain. - Being struck by objects or debris. - Wildlife injury or harm from. - Vehicle damage. - Other participants’ actions. I acknowledge that I have received and understand all safety instructions and guidelines provided by this document and/or range staff. In consideration of being allowed to participate, I agree to assume all risks and responsibilities associated with archery activities and to release, indemnify, and hold harmless 1Mission Outdoors Archery Range, its owners, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation. I certify that I am physically fit to participate in archery activities and that I have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating. I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an injury or illness during my participation in archery activities. I understand that photography or videography may be conducted during archery activities and consent to the use of my likeness for promotional purposes by 1Mission Outdoors. I have read and understand this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms and understand by digitally agreeing to this liability waiver in lieu of signature.
